Hanshi Shipes is Renshi Stan's teacher and the U.S. Federation director. Hanshi Shipes lives in Texas and has been learning martial arts since he was a youth. He has cross-training in boxing, Tae Kwon Do, and is a 8th degree black belt.  website

Kaicho Isao Kise is the President of the OSMKKF Federation. Kaicho Isao teaches at the Main Dojo in Okinawa, Japan. Kaicho is a 9th dan black belt (highest possible rank). He was the All Okinawan Kata, Kobudo, and Kumite Grand Champion.  website
